SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is not our goal to make profit from shipping charges. We only charge actual shipping cost and labor cost. Shipping charge is automatically calculated base on the shipping address prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Our shipping rates and options are based upon package having a gross weight of not more than 2 lbs. For any order in excess of the maximum weight, Intelligent Batteries Inc. will contact the customer to confirm the shipping method and corresponding charges.

ABOUT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All sales transactions are in U.S. funds. For Canadian credit card purchases, customers will be billed by their credit card company in Canadian funds based on the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Intelligent Batteries Inc. is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders received during normal working hours will be processed the same day. Orders received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Limited Warranty

Intelligent Batteries Inc. warrants its battery packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions, as follows:

  • During the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase, Intelligent Batteries Inc. will repair or replace the defective battery pack.
  • After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year from date of purchase, Intelligent Batteries Inc. will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will only be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed. If refund is demanded for any defective item, the amount of refund will be pro-rated by a period of 1 year from the date of purchase less $15 handling charge.
  • Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty. A battery pack that can still hold eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal and would thus not be subject to warranty replacement.
  • Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
  • Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.
  • All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Intelligent Batteries Inc. reserves the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories. Intelligent Batteries Inc. shall not be held responsible for the improper use of its products.

RETURNS AND REPLACE
It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).  Prior to returning a product you need to file a RMA Request to obtain a RMA number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.  To file a RMA Request please follow the following link: https://www.intelligentbatteries.ca/RMA/RMARequest.asp

Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date.  The original shipping, handling and return postage charges shall not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason.

Return merchandise must be repacked in original packing with all manuals and related materials. We reserve the right to reject any return merchandise without the original packing or missing material.
